My morning rituals-

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

My morning ritual consists of drinking water as soon as I awake.

Drinking water is a great way to lubricate my joints, hydrate and improve my digestion.

While doing yoga exercises helps improve my posture, while maintaining flexibility and strength.

Yoga and me

When my abuser cracked my ribs, gave me a concussion and stuck his fingers into my eyes until I cried blood I knew I would die and my son would be lost forever.

I truly believe if it hadn’t been for my fitness practices of my past I would never have survived the brutal attacks that were perpetrated against me.

With your continued support and my willingness to continue to practice yoga, I will continue to thrive.

I believe that by incorporating these two basic rituals into my daily routine I am preparing myself to heal.
