My morning ritual consists of drinking water as soon as I awake.
Drinking water is a great way to lubricate my joints, hydrate and improve my digestion.
While doing yoga exercises helps improve my posture, while maintaining flexibility and strength.

I truly believe if it hadn’t been for my fitness practices of my past I would never have survived the brutal attacks that were perpetrated against me.
